I'm going to post an update on me and what has been going on while I've been awol, but in the meantime I think its a good idea for me to start being accountable again for what I'm eating. Back on induction, as of today:
Upon awakening:
glass of barley grass juice
1 slice american cheese, vitamins and water
Breakfast:
tea with milk
egg salad with pork rinds
Lunch:
Chicken sausage, broccoli with butter and mashed cauliflower
Snacks:
Cheese crisp
Atkins Peanut Butter bar
tea with milk
Monday--
NO DIET PEPSI TODAY!!

D. Chicken of some sort with spinach
I went off plan last night for dinner, there wasn't much choice. Dinner was a salami sandwich and small salad. I also had a couple of glasses of red wine and a little popcorn at the movies.
Today:

1 hard boiled egg

OK I'm being truthful! Yesterday I had clam chowder for lunch (yes I had oyster crackers too), full of potatoes. Dinner was buffalo chicken wings, but a few beers snuck in there too.
Today:
Breakfast:

Lunch:
Grilled cheese sandwich (Yikes, what is happening here?????)
Tilly, you keep at it girl! It takes determination to post the bad meals as well. I might as well confess too, I had a burrito for lunch. I'm on SB, but still no white flour allowed. Man, I love tortillas. Hang in there, you'll get detoxed!
