chuckie many people just have a hard time getting started on the weight loss. so [please hang in there ti dies owoprk, suddeny the whoosh fariy will come and whoosh it will suddeny fall off!!!
Absolutely right........ for about 4 or 5 [b]months[b] the scale barely moved (except up and down the same darn 2 lbs!!) and then all of a sudden this month the whooooosh fairy visited me, and I lost about 4 lbs!!!!!!!!! I can't account for it at all, I'm doing the same as I've done since April.... all I can do is say "Thank you, whoooosh fairy"
Just my two cents--a diet is not just about the weight you lose, it's about how you feel doing it! If low carb makes you feel good, then I say go for it. The weight will come off in it's own time. I am pretty much taking my own advice--I do what feels right and natural to me, and low carb does feel right and natural for me. One thing for sure is I DO feel good and a lot happier while following the plan so for me to change my lifestyle or fall back on the old ways would be a case of self-destruction. So do it because it's what's right for you, not necessarily to see the weight come off. Hope this helps!
