sorry for the delay, L144... i didn't forget you! the stuff i found is Papadini, and it's made from lentil flour. i bought it at Whole Foods. a nice store, but expensive. it tastes a bit different than regular pasta, but it's a nice change.
i like the orzo the best. i've also tried the corkscrewy elbow thingies. not as good as the orzo. an odd texture. but it still tasted great with some sauce a friend made!
