Deb-kay, will you stop it with the Florida talk already! Taz and I and the other tough northern folk are up to our fluffy butts in snow! I must say today promises to be warmer - it will be at freezing point later - break out the bikinis!
We finally have water in the upstairs bathroom!

I need to decide on the walls but am stalling until later on it. By the way, my bathroom is big - it used to be a bedroom so steaming up is not a problem. Can you imagine a bathroom with a couch in it? However, with all the nooks and wall jogs, I think I will go with paint! Maybe a border? Who stencils? Actually you can buy these rub on decals which may be an idea for the cupboard door panels. I wonder how they'd look on my thighs?
Yesterday was busy with a few trips to the hardware store for plumbing stuff. At $20 bucks an hour for Keven, I do the running around. My friend Claire and her DH popped in with their truck to take our construction junk to the dump. They are great friends

who just show up and do things. Claire even took down my porch Christmas decorations (been too cold lately) and stashed them in the barn.
With all the road running and cleaning up after Kevin, I was pretty tired by suppertime. After supper I went for a long hot tub and was in bed and asleep by 9 last night. Slept until 6:30 this morning without even a pee break!
Today I do the massive sauna sort and move task! I am sliding boxes, not lifting them, and may call in my pal Rob to lug some boxes of yardsale stuff out to the barn. I love my real life friends.
(I love my online friends too but you chicks are so far away.)
Harry and I are going to the West Coast in early April to see my MEW

, her man and the grandkids. We plan to rent a car and drive around Vancouver Island which is absolutely gorgeous. DH is going to do the Leslie tapes with me to try to get his walking back in shape. This is a GOOD thing because he is almost at the cane stage.
Gotta go and feed the doggage who know there is leftover Shepherd's Pie in the fridge! I made it with real shepherds but forgot to take their boots off but it still was tasty - and not low carb!
