ok, so this is the run down, 3 weeks and no weight loss.
religious about the >20g a day.....
this weekend, had a can of coke (dont ask) and 2 wontons.
and when i woke up the next day the scale showed i lost 2 lbs.
i am fanatic about the scale so i know when it moves even an ounce. and it hasnt since i began my venture with no carbs
whats the deal here?
i was thinking maybe i need alittle more carbs for me to function right.
has this happened to anyone?
