I don't know about the pudding, but at the office we have SF hot chocolate, and the carbs come from lactose, or milk sugar. I read some theory that if you heat up the milk sugars it's harder for your body to use them, therefore they are "eliminated"?? I think it was when I was reading up on yeast overgrowth. Anyway, it's not going to stop me from enjoying this cuppa hot chocolate that I just made for "research". LOL
