Default Breath Work and Be A Loser

Has anyone used the program, I think called Be a Loser, where it incorporates breath work with isometric exercise?
If so, would you please share your stories here.
My best friend's mother has reduced alot of inches using the tapes but all I can find are the books and it's kinda hard to stop and turn the page. IT would be nice to find it on video.

Any help, ideas or input would help trememdously. One thing I am interested in using it for is to increase my lung capacity as I have allergies and asthma. I have noticed that the breathing technique has helped to get rid of alot of flem and open my airways up.

Thanks,
SmithAnn
