Is It Possible
I am just starting a low carb diet and i just had a question to ask. I am not badly overweight or anything im currently 215 lbs. and have already lost weight over the past 6 months by just watching what i eat and excercising, but i have decided i would like to loose it quicker and more effectively, so i started watching my carbs. I work with free weights and sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, etc. for usually about 30-45 minutes a night, and run about 2 miles on the tredmill 2 or 3 times a week. I dont work out religiously (on a schedule or anything) but that is as close to a typical week as i can come up with.
Does anyone think it is realistic to loose at least 35 pounds by march 24th, (13 weeks or 92 days). I dont know what to expect from low carbing but i hope this goal is reachable.
FYI. my first day didn't go as well as i hoped, i ate pasta house Chicken Parmigano thinking it wouldn't have many carbs but one website i saw said that would be about 27 carbs (does that sound like too much to anyone else), but kept to no/low carb foods the rest of the day.
