Please join us on the Lo-Carb Free Style thread. Some of us are SSzing, and a few of us are former SSizers. For breakfast, the easiest thing for me to have is 2 Shredded Wheat Biscuits or some other legal cereal, and skim milk. But, my favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs with cooked crumbled up hamburg. For lunch when I was SSzing was a HUGE salad with all kinds of meat and cheese, and that was very satisfying. Do you have a George Foreman grill? Grilled chicken, or any type of meat with lots of veggies makes for a nice dinner. If you can get her new book, Fast & Easy there are tons of fast recipes to make. Hope to see you on our thread.
