Before Swim
2 oz leftover cold beef steak
1/2 oz cheese
After Swim (HUNGRY!!)
2 oz fried ham
2 egg omelette
2 oz cheese
Lunch (late)
2 oz pepperoni
1 oz cheese
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 oz macadamia nuts
1 tbsp cream cheese
Dinner (will be)
4 oz steak
2 sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup mashed cauliflower with butter & garlic
Snack (will be)
diet jello and whipped cream.
I know, I know...too much cheese today. That's what happens when you go shopping on an empty stomach. I came home ravenous and cheese is so quick and easy.
I just checked this out on FitDay and I'm still under 1400 calories and under my 20 grams of carbs for the day.

Jill - I would be interested in seeing what your reward meals look like. I have considered doing CAD when it comes time to maintain. What has your experience with the program been like?
