
Hi all! I'm new to this board though I've been low-carbing for several years. I've done Atkins, (missed my fruits and veggies too much), Suzanne Somers, (actually gained weight), and the Schwarzbein Principle, (I think of it as my bible for good health). This is my third time following the Schwarzbein Principle and I am determined to make it a way of life, as it was meant to be. Last year I was on it for four months and hadn't felt that great

since I was a teenager. I am hoping to find some friends

with whom I can share thoughts, support and recipes, and perhaps a Schwarzbein buddy

who is familiar with this particular plan. I am looking forward to reading any responses.
