I understand about the insulin spike that can come from artificial sweetners. I will try to go without, but I think the RC might be nice to have after the induction weeks. If it makes me have cravings, believe me, I won't be drinking it! I need all the will power I can get!

I have the Atkins book, and have already read it through once, and am half way through it again. Trying to get some of this to stick in my memory bank!!
A question, the Crystal Light is okay to drink? I'm curious about the difference between that and the diet soda?
