I get this baggy thing at the grocery store, it has broccoli stalk shavings, very little red cabbage, and very little carrot all shredded together. Add a tablespoon miracle whip to one cup of this stuff, and mix. Let it sit for about an hour (i dont know why, but it makes a difference) and enjoy!
Today.........
Breakfast...2 slices salami
Lunch.....nothing
Supper....taco salad.....and I paid bigtime for not eating a proper breakfast and lunch.
Ive been hungry all evening, so Ive been battling the old ghosts. But they didnt win!! I had more taco salad and a few slices of bacon tonight and 2 more bottles of water. Im fine now
You would think I would learn!! Well, its a 2 egg breaky tomorrow!
