Default Food Logs Week of 12/16

Hey all!! Robin, let me first say.....205!!!!!!!!! omg!!!!!!!!! You are doing so well! You have lost 35 lbs. in 2 months!!I am jealous......

Well folks, I'm not going to post about last weekend or yesterday as it was really bad. But I'm starting a fresh today. Here it goes:

Breakfast: 2 Wasa fiber crisps w/ cheese
Snack: eggs with cheese and sausage
Lunch (edited to actual): taco salad with steak, mushrooms, cheese, pico de gallo, salsa
Snack: low carb bar
Dinner: not sure, maybe soup.

Still no "Aunt Flo." grrrrrrr...and the cravings are out of control. I've not been drinking enough water or exercising. All in all, setting myself up for failure. I wonder if the fact that I ate a lot of carbs this month has made my cycle irregular. Wish me luck getting back on track.

Snack: Corn nuts (29 gms. carbs)
Lunch will be: ham and broccoli
Dinner: not sure yet, maybe soup

I'll wait a couple of days and then weigh in to see the bad news

Today wasn't too good. Tomorrow -- I plan to be good, but we are having barbecue at work.

Breakfast: bacon and eggs, 1/8 cup gravy
Snack: Atkin's ready made shake
Lunch: Thin crust pizza
Dinner: Sub sandwich on sugar free whole wheat bread.

I am trying to do low glycemic rather than low carb these days. The crust and the gravy threw me out of the boat. Hopefully tomorrows meat will be smoked, with sauce on the side!

Red face

In the interest of being honest, I'll post that yesterday I ate a bag of cheese doodles in the afternoon and supplemented my lunch with a cream of mushroom soup and a couple of bites of a roll.

Today:
breakfast: 2 wasa fiber crisps with cheese and 1/4 avocado
Snack: coffee and cranberry muffin (sigh)
Lunch will be: cream of cauliflower soup and a slice of turkey meatloaf
Dinner: unknown. Am going to try to stay low carb

I'm really struggling these days...seems like any excuse is enough to go off plan. But I'm going to keep posting what I eat cuz it keeps me accountable.

Unhappy Bad Choices

Hi Ladies

Lets see......the really bad eating habits on tues, and wed have caught up with me today. Tues and Wed total food intake included 1 oz cheddar cheese, 2 slices of ham and the cheese and pepperoni off of 2 slices of pizza.....total of about 3 bottles of water, and gallons and gallons of coffee. Bad choices, are causing cravings and little cheats today. I sure dont handle stress well!!!

Today.....Breakfast, nothing
Lunch...broccoslaw
supper...taco salad

Snacks, popcorn, cookies, snackin crackers, whoppers and some sort of chocolate bell from the corner store. This was just today!!!

So, tomorrow, I'll get right back to it!! or the size Large shirt I just bought wont fit!!!

Im amazed at how missing meals even when your not hungry affects my system. (for the worse no less)

Robin

Robin, I totally understand. When I don't drink enough water or take my vitamins I'm somehow more apt to cheat to.

Trying to get back on track today:

Breakfast: egg salad on celery
Lunch: cream of cauliflower soup, 8 relatively low carb (8 grams) chicken nuggets
Dinner: I am going to a cocktail party but will try to stick with cheese and nuts. Am going to have wine though.

This weekend, I will take my own advice and go out shopping and prepare some food so I am not caught out again!!
