I think it would be a great idea for all us who are on some sort of plan to post what we have been eating. If its something particularly tastey, pls give us the recipe. We all need help with ideas and something different. I know I get tired of chicken all the time. Low carb snacks that are quick and easy are great too.
Here's mine for today.
Breakfast...2 scrambled eggs with mont/jack cheese
Lunch...left over taco salad from last night.
Supper...baked chicken with .5 cup of broccoli.
I wasnt hungry for supper, but thought I had better eat so I dont get the munchies later tonight.
According to fitday, my carb total for today is 17 with a total of 1722 calories for today.
I'll have an herbal tea in a few minutes. I dont count tea or coffee with my little bit of milk. Its too nitpicky for me.
Anyone else wish to share?
