Talking Boot Slipper Sock Camp Oct 7

Check in time.

Yesterday:

Exercised No - Sunday is my day off

Ate on program

drank my water - could have done better

did not journal, need to start that!

Cleaned house

Visited 3fc

Weigh in for me: 193, down two!

Default OK, I'm back!

Did better Saturday and Sunday. Not completely OP(there was a tiny piece of cheesecake from DH birthday leftover, and I needed that, right?)

Food- pretty good, grilled burgers, made strifry beef and greenbeans, and had veggies 2x each day.

Water- not bad, had some diet 7-up Saturday, but other than that, just iced tea, water and cranwater.

Exercise/selfcare- well... cleaning in garage, preparing for a yard sale next Sunday. A lot of housework. Gave myself a pedicure, that was overdue! Next week I'm going to get one done for my treat if I do OK this week!

I have had my coffee but it's going to be a late brekkie for me since I have to run to the doc's office and get my req for blood work to be done. Hope everything looks normal!

Yesterday was a planned day off for me. (we were hosting a cookout) Total came to around 70 grams of carbs. Not bad considering that on low-fat diets I used to consume 300+ carbs a day. Still, I feel like poo today. So I don't think I'll have another planned day off until the holidays. Plus I gained 1.5 lb from yesterday to today. That's not making me happy.

Well, yesterday was so-so.
Did well all day and then late at night had some Healthy Choice Popcorn while watching TV.

Sunday is an off day. Did a little yard work, though.

Did not drink enough

Did not journal either.

Weighed in today: No change.
This week will be better.

Today will be a better day! I had a smoothie for brunch/now I am drinking some decaf. I am also getting ready to order the Leslie Sansone Ab tapes, so exercising should be easier for me. I HATE my basement. After a bad weekend, things are looking up! Actually, it has been a bad WEEK. How can it possibly be that as soon as Boot Camp starts I do worse than I have in weeks? Today it changes!

I am so sorry i havnt been checking in girls!!! I have been eating soooo well and (dramatic pause) have lost 9 lbs!!!! not low carb, more of a combining thing really, mostly just healthy. have to admit i'm slacking on the exercise. but i think it's ok for right now. i need my sleep (very stressed out about the shootings here in maryland, pretty much down the road from me) so i havent been able to wake up early to work out. better on the water though
how are you all doing??
