Did better Saturday and Sunday. Not completely OP(there was a tiny piece of cheesecake from DH birthday leftover, and I needed that, right?)
Food- pretty good, grilled burgers, made strifry beef and greenbeans, and had veggies 2x each day.
Water- not bad, had some diet 7-up Saturday, but other than that, just iced tea, water and cranwater.
Exercise/selfcare- well... cleaning in garage, preparing for a yard sale next Sunday. A lot of housework. Gave myself a pedicure, that was overdue! Next week I'm going to get one done for my treat if I do OK this week!
