Talking Stevia

I have found a great website with recipes to use stevia instead of Splenda or other sweeteners. Here's the link to the conversion chart from sweenters, sugar to stevia in granulated or liquid form.

I'm using stevia in my coffee in the morning and although it si a different taste, it sure is good!

I took some of the info off the site and saw that there are actually stevia packets I can buy for my coffee! I went to my health food store and lo and behold, there they were. I can't wait to start using them! I had a chat with the lady who owns the store and she told me that stevia can also flush your system of toxins and free radicals, an even better reason to make the switch!

As I've mentioned, I'm on the Fat Flush Plan and Stevia Plus is the only sweetener allowed. It's more expensive than other sweeteners but far superior, IMHO. Just a tiny bit does so much sweetening that they have to use filler in order to fill a useable packet. Stevia Plus also has fiber that is good for flushing out toxins. Thanks for sharing that website. I will certainly be checking it out.
BTW, Stevia is from the leaf of a plant and is totally natural. Very good for you.
