Default Fozen Dinners

Has anyone used or heard of frozen dinners that work for a low carb way of eating?

I thought I saw some frozen egg dishes but they probably are riged with carbs. Sorry can't help you there. Most frozen dinners are loaded with fillers which are carbs in drag !! You would think dr. atkins would have jumped on that band wagon by now.

Good Luck, How about making some and freezing it yourself ? at least you'll know whats in it.

Love, Leenie

I have seen (and eaten!) Boston Market turkey medalions and they were fairly low in carbs and very good. Last year my store was carrying them in a small container by themselves but I have also seen them with mashed potatoes. If you dump the potatoes and don't sop up all the gravy, I don't think it is too bad in the carb department.
