MMM, make mine strong and hot. Gotta wake up this morning. Try driving the route to school about half asleep! It's fun fun fun.

Going to have a busy day at work today, getting ready for end of the month this Friday BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. It would just be way too easy for them to let it fall on the actual end of the actual month!! So, ya'll have a great day, I'll check in this afternoon and see what everyone's up to.

Good Morning everone
Busy day ahead for me too, I have an executive meeting at head office and that could run a good 3 hours if we get all chatty again!

My bed fell apart last night. No literally, the legs bent and down it went. Thankfully, I wasn't in it at the time. Dh has a new plan for bed posts so right now we're doing the university thing--box and mattress on the floor! can't tell you how many times I walked into the bed last night after going to the washroom.

Thunderstorms today so no garden work for me. Yesterday was very cold and wet too and altough I did get a bit dug out, there's still a LOT to do.

Hope you all have a great day!

Gosh it took me longer to get back here than I thought.

Busy bee's around here this weekend. New kitchens, cleaned out playrooms, gosh I used to hate that job. That's all I can remember at the moment, Sue's CRS problem has been passed on to me.

Saturday my husband, his idea, took me out to dinner. Trust me folks, it is usually never his idea to go out to dinner. Of course I took most of it home, and daughter who was at work and couldn't go with us, ate it. And than on Sunday morning, he took me out to breakfast, don't know what got into him this weekend!! peachie, are you still passed out on the floor, I know, it's shocking isn't it.

Ruth glad to see you typing to us! Hope your all back to normal very soon!

Pooky your bed on the floor reminded me of something. Back in the day, years ago, when hubby and I first were married. We had a very cheap bed frame. My hubby had the bright idea to run down the hall and jump into the bed, where I was laying at the time. The whole bed fell in the floor, with both of us in it! You would think he would have learned not to do that, well he still does it, but now our bed is much stronger, but I still cringe when he does it.

My older son was layed off from work last week, he worked for a small company that is going out of business. It actually might be a blessing in disquise, he told his Dad and I that he thought he would look for a part time job and go back to school, something we have been trying to get him to do for over a year. Cross your fingers!!!

Hope everyone has a great day.

Debbie

The bed fell down? Hmmmm - Pooky, what HAVE you two been doing?

I'm still on Cloud Nine over this wrist operation - maybe I should lower the pain killer dosage? Today I managed to open a new jar of instant coffee all by myself! Every day, a little more improvement. I can't do things like use scissors but I can write and type! (I hate to admit this but I actually had put myself into a stupid depression over thinking I'd be incapacitated for months. I would make a lousy disabled person!)

Kind of dull here today but I may get some gardening done anyhow. I have three garden pals coming over this afternoon who will start my fall cleanup. I also have basil and parsley still hanging on - we will pick and freeze or dry. I had planned to make another batch of salsa - maybe I can convince DH to do the honours. No way I can use a knife or lift a pot. Heheheheh!

The big news is that Hershey is in Philly this morning with the boyfriend, Simon. Morna has been testing regularly and Hersh ovulated on Saturday - not a day when you can call in your order to Simon for take-out! (Shipping on weekends is a problem!) So Ms. Smug is with her boyfriend again! She was driven down on Saturday morning and will be back late tonight. I sure will be glad to see her back - we all have missed her. She really likes/loves Simon so this should be another batch of perfect puppies. No, I am not going to keep one!

Gotta go plan a meds and meal schedule for today. I am NOT losing weight on this, by the way, although I have just a small appetite. The water weight from the IV is still with me. I also think it is Metamucil time - stupid body!

Pooky, my my my! You are taking this baby thing SERIOUSLY!

Just a fly-by, have to be at work in 9 minutes!

I'm ready for boot camp!

Happy Monday Morning Ladies!

Had a great weekend full of soccer. Don is also taking some free lacross lessons, he really seems to be enjoying it. I did not get a whole lot done at home, so I will have to work at it this week. MIL is stopping by next weekend on her migration to Naples FL.

A friend and I saw the Banger Sisters last Friday night. I laughed so hard I almost spit my coke and peed my pants! It was great and I just loved Goldie and Susan together, they make a great on screen pair. Drove home after the movie with my hair blowin in the wind and the radio cranked up. I highly recommend it, and go with a girlfriend.

Pooky, Glad to hear about your bloodwork being better! And then the bed breaks! What a co-incidence!

Ruth, Glad the hand is doing so well, do not overdo! Sounds like Miss Hershey will be coming home soon.

Goodforme, Take care of yourself and do not get overwelmed with that end of the month stuff!

Debkay, So nice of dh to take you out to dinner, lucky gal!

Jennifer, Hope you are not too far from work, 9 minutes is not too much time.

Have a great op day!

A quickie! Hershey is back from her wild weekend in Philly. I asked if she and Simon broke the bed but she just smirked! She and Lucy were just delighted to see each other - Lucy peed which was just wonderful! Now we wait to see if Hershey "takes"!

Pooky, you know none of us will be able to resist~ glad to see you're working so hard on the baby project! We all are having some wild ideas!

Quiet day at work today, getting caught up and having a slow entry into the week. For the next 2 days I will be doing a training, so it is tiring, but goes quickly. It is such a pleasure to come home to a DISHWASHER! I don't know why I put this off so long.

What else? Glad there is fertility news somewhere in Canada, Ruth. But I'm sure you'll be glad to have the little mother home at last.
Hi Leens,
Hi Jenny,
Hi Jennifer,

ROFLMAO!!! At least I can count on everyone THINKING I'm being naughty! I still have the cheerleaders dressed like Big Bird going around my bed and chanting the Power Puff Girl song. So never fear, the fertility dance is working!

Speaking of fertility--Guess what? I freaked out my doctor! He got my blood test results and had a coniption. He had to call a specialist and they both went over my bloods and were confounded as to how my LH dropped. I took great pride in telling him that I discounted his belief I was perimenopausal and thoroughly believed I had severe PCOS. As a result, I took direct action and went on Atkins--hence the drop. He was completely blown away. He told me to keep doing what I'm doing because it's working. I think I almost got him jumping out of the chair in excitement! He got a copy of my latest bloods and was stunned to learn that my LH DROPPED even more! Now you know Dr. Atkins has to be smilin' somewhere...

Now looks like there's two of us waiting to find out if we're pregnant, Hershey or me. Who wants to place bets it's going to be Hershey?
