I'm officially starting today. (I used the weekend as practice.) My goals for each day are:

1. Stay in Induction and under 20g of carbs.
2. Drink 80oz of water
3. Do something physical everyday, walk, weight train, stretch, roller skate, whatever.
4. Be nicer to myself. I'm doing something for me everyday.

I am in the middle of week 3 of the Fat Flush Plan which is moderately low carb, especially compared to WW.
My plan is to do at least 20 minutes daily of some kind of exercise. Today it will be 20 minutes on my recumbant cycle, even if it kills me.
I will stick to the plan as closely as I can without getting paranoid which means that I will drink all my cranwater and take all my vitamin supplements. While no longer eliminating salt completely, I will try to keep intake very low.
My menu plan for today (Tuesday)
1 slice toasted spelt bread drizzled with 2 tsp of flaxseed oil (surprisingly good)
2 poached eggs

1/2 grapefruit

Large bowl of Fat Flush turkey vegetable soup

Peach & cinnamon

Dinner
Chicken breast
spinach
mixture of mushrooms, onions and yellow peppers
