Morning Exercise Goddesses!!!

Just got done doing a major workout--did the lower body workout for the Firm with 3 lb. weights and the Fanny Lifter and then did the Ab Sculpt (again most of it) and then did the 3 Mile Walk Away Tape using the 2 lb. weights. All in all the workout took about 90 minutes. That is quite intense for me!

Hope I don't turn into one big cramp later today!
