Leaving work early to run home and put the finishing touches on the "family" party. The spoiled kid is having two parties. One with family and close friends today and another on Sunday with just the boys! Tonight is just hot dogs and about 200 water balloons and about 34 guests It is going to be so hot, I will have to make sure my house is clean so people can come inside and cool off.
Last night was the last night of cub scout camp. Loved seeing my boys, finally. It just warms my heart when they get a glimpse of me and they come running with open arms shouting Mommmeee! Darren was glued to my side all night. They had a great time, but they are covered with bug bites.
Barb, take it easy after you sign those papers, remember you just had surgery.
Pooky, how nice that you had a friend a the day care to talk to, that really helps. Praying that things all work out for you.

Today is day 2 of my job!1 I am happy but unless i get up earlier i will not be posting so early in the morning. unless it is my day off. I do get paid every week so that is good cash before I go away for the week. I can actually buy groceries!! and maybe treat the kids with some thing special!! I am happy!!
I can not tell you how relieved I feel about everything. I know that this will not relive all my woes but it wll relieve enough tat I do not have to worry about how I will pay my bils and feed the family.
but enough about that. i know you all understand how I feel. but I am sohappy!!
the new program I have going for the kids behavior is starting to work. I am awarding a stone program. I laugh as this is those glass stones that you use in the bottom of a vase. different colors for each kid so they can not take anyone elses stones. each stone is woth 25 cents and they can earn 75 daily just on behavior. the day is divided into 3 morning afternoon and night. they get 3 strikes and they lose the stone for that time zone. but they have not lost the entire day they still have a chance to earn 2 more. they aslo have chores small ones but chores daily they earn a stone for each chore they do. then if they do extra chores they can earn an extra stone. they get the stones at the end of the day and can cash the stones in at the end of the week. for anything they want. cash or movie or rental of bvideo games. toys. yesterday was the first day that it was done and they all got their stones. Matt my 9 year old the biggest trouble one did great with only 2 strikes for the entire day. he wanted instant gratification. we went to the store for some stuff. I bought him what he wanted but told him he could not have it untill he could pay me the 8 sones that it cost me. He know I have it, and is being patient. this just may work and may relieve some of the stress ofhaving to watch the kids for DD(who wants the money from this)
she is excited about the job that i have her I just need to get ahold of Vinney to find out when he wants her to start.
we did have a bit of a talk regarding what happened. she needs to be aproaches slowly. I did tellher that things need to be changed in how a relationship is approached. I know that she was totally unaware of what and how she was responding. So all is going good here.

Along the "kids say the darndest things" lines: (sorry, gotta brag!! ) I called Sammy last night (now remember, he's just 3) I wanted to say hi...... well, his daddy told him gramma was on the phone and wanted to talk to him. When he handed the phone towards Sam, Sam said "Not now, maybe later"... I gotta say...... I was absolutely roflmao!!! I was disappointed not to talk to him, but sheesh! where do these kids come up with this stuff at such a young age!!!

In preparation of trying some Fat Flush Plan ideas, I am cutting down on the coffee. So this morning I had 1 cup, then switched to hot water w/lemon juice. I am boiling my cranberries to make make my own cranwater and had my morning Life Long Coctail.
I think that doing the 2 week de-tox/flush will help jumpstart my body. We'll see.
All is not well on two fronts today--had it it out with someone I considered to be a very close friend last night and found out that for a long time my perception of our relationship and hers has been different. She basically said that she hasn't felt close to me in a long time and just can't relate to me anymore. Needless to say I was shocked. I now feel this relationship is done, after all I gave my heart and care to this person and I guess she didn't value it. I shouldn't be so surprised though--she's not even in the same realm as me--she has a new relationship and no kids whereas I have kids and a husband of 5 years and responsibilities! But you know, I can accept it. I just wish she had come to me sooner and we could have worked it out. Right now I'm too devastated and angry to do much of anything in this relationship. Dh says that it's not because I'm a bad person, I'm just difficult. I guess that means complex. But hey, that's who I am and if that's not acceptable, well their loss. Of course I can't help but wonder what exactly it was that caused all this in the first place. I guess I'll never really know. Coincidentally, she said I started to change after I had Miree. Well...DUH! People change after having kids!
Second item on my list is I have wicked diarrhea--dh has to go to the pharmacy to get me some Imodium and Gastrolyte since I literally can't keep anything in me for too long. Miree is daycare for the day while I try to get myself straightenend out. Sigh....when it rains it pours...
The silver lining in all this is....drum roll please.....I'm down to exactly200 POUNDS!!! What a great number to see
Morning Everyone! It is again, of course, HOT! Heat indexes in the 100's, frankly I am beginning to hate that cheerful weather guy who gives me this news every morning! I am not feeling very perky today, I think I have a little bug or something--headachy, chills and tummy gurgles. I thought it was just lack of sleep when I got up, but it seems it is a bit more than that. Any way, I am battling through it because I refuse to be sick in the summer! Not much on the agenda today, had planned to attack the walkin closet, but don't see that happening, maybe something a tad bit smaller. Really going to try to get my exercise in.

I think it is the same thing you are talking about-cuz they mentioned the cranberry water and that "cocktail" you talked about.

It is 10 something here. I had an interesting day yesterday. I had my annual OBGYN appointment. I found out not only do I have a fibroid, but I have started perimenopause! SH*T I am only 34!
Moving on,
My in-laws come today but will go to by BIL and SIL's first and then sleep here. FIL and DH are in a 3 day golf tourny and we will see little of them, so they are going to see the other grandkids first.
my mother and stepfather come tomorrow and my twin brother and his wife on Sunday.
I have to go to the market; I just can't motivate myself to go.
I would love to answer all of you but alas you all sound well and have good things going on.
Pooky, give it a little time and then maybe call and see if she can tell you what happened. We do change when we have kids and that is normal. As for the bathroom thing, try some sports drink today and take it easy, I know you do low carb but some saltines and banana, applesauce, will help settle your weary tummy.
Hi everyone! Now I realize why I never get sick, it's too much dang work! Went in at 8:15 and got out at almost 1:00. They were calling me Miss Ghost when I got there, and Miss Rosy-Cheeks when I left, so I guess I must look better. Only had to stop to catch my breath once on the way to the car. Took 4 breaks on the way in! Stern orders to take it easy today, and the boss-lady said if I still don't feel good in the morning, just call her and stay home again. Ahhhh, what luxury! She actually told me that our jobs may be important, but we have to come first. She must have some great medication!! Wonder if she'll share?
So, off for another nap, and then to pick up dd. She's been great, but wonders why she has to wait on me hand and foot? I told her it was her turn, I've been doing it for 5 years. She still doesn't like "being treated like a housemaid!!!" Don't they say the darndest things??

OK so I'm alive still, thanks for the helpful hints to deal with "#2" problems, L. Dh got some stuff for me and I'm feeling a little better. Turns out this bug is going around--gee, it seems like I'm catching everything that's going around!
As for my so called friend--well, I'm still in a quandry as to what to do. I have another friend, more like a sister since we were babies together that I have only ever fought with once my whole life and that's when were teens and we made up within hours. So I guess I just don't have enough experience in this area to know what to do. I'm inclined to say that this friend is far too much work for me and just let it go. By nature, I am a person with a close, exclusive set of friends as trusting someone isn't the easiest thing in the world to me. I feel that once I allow someone in, it means that they are very important and special to me. In return I'm as faithful and loyal as ever. Kind of like the labrador retreiver of people. It took a long time for me to build trust in her and now it seems it was all a wash. I'm sure I will come to some sort of resolution on this on my own but I really appreciate you guys being a sounding board for this.
And through all of this, dh has been a star. He went to the store and got me some chicken soup, bought me my meds, let me cry on his shoulder and basically being a wonderful hubby. Now why can't I bottle him this way and keep it that way???

Sil, are you using psyllium husk with your LLC? How is it?? I am really interested in this. I was told I have 'fatty liver'. I can't find anything on the internet for it, so I would like to cleanse as much as possible. My liver pain has stopped, however, since I quit my antibiotic cream for my face! It occured to me that my pain came about 6 months ago, and then right after that I realized that my 6 months was up for my face cream(had acne with pcos) so I quit it and so did the pain! The antibiotic people want me to fill out an adverse reaction paper and send it to them. Ok, that was way more than you wanted to hear!!
