Sinnrah,

BELLY DANCING OMG I have 3 belly's, bet I'd be excellent at it except when they get down on the floor like they are doing the limbo (is that right, limbo ? sounds weird, anyway). If I had to do that, I wouldn't be able to get back up Do you have to put a ruby in your belly button ? if so its a gonner Oh I'd have to shut the blinds to lol.

I bet thats excellent exercise though because your using your hips and the muscles around the ab. COOL !!!!

How many minutes is your tape ? and when did you start doing this ?

Sirranh when you are at Samsgrandma then you can dance your way over here too!!! I took bellydancing lessong too but my hiphurt too much with all the swishing and jiggiling

today I did 11 min on the elliptical then did a killer upperbody.

Well, not a good week so far. Monday only did bike because I had to go to the doc with good o'Alvin. Yesterday I did my 30 minutes of the bike, but was late to the club so only did about 40 minutes of water aerobics. Today I had to go buy food for a funeral at the church so all I did was the bike. Tomorrow I have an appoint to get my hair done, but I plan to go to the club first!!!

The weather here in Dallas is like FALL weather, and it's too cool to get in a regular outside pool, or I'd go down to my son's and do my work out there. He lives 2 doors down. Just bought the house, and the pool is WONDERFUL.

Hi Guys--after all of the reading program, errand running etc. was finished I didn't have much zip left in my zipper so only did the 1 mile Walk Away Tape today. No ab work--I'm ashamed to say I AM SORE Eating has been great today though so hopefully that will balance everything out!

I took a belly dancing class at the Y when I was in college. I thought it was so cool!

it is great fun!!! Just do not over do the hip action the good thing is once the belly start then no matter how bad you do it keeps going and it LOOKS like you are doing great!!!

Hi Guys!! Another good workout day for me! Did the 3 Mile Walk Away Tape and then did the Ab Sculpt tape from The Firm video series. All I can say is...Whew!

the elliptical machines were used so i did the stair master for 12 min hit 150 cals and 58 floors with 1.2+ miles.

then did lower body workout!!
