Can't say that cheat is in my vocabulary but I do like to enjoy a few treats now and again--have to say my favourite one is icecream!

My problem is that if I "cheat" it triggers my cravings again, making it ever so difficult to stick to the plan for the next day or two. Someone mentioned earlier having a "planned cheat," and for me I think I would do that and make sure that it's something really worthwhile!!! That way I would be aware that my cravings will rush back in and I'll be extra conscious of what I'm consuming for a few days following. For me, a once a week cheat would be too difficult!

Let me backtrack a little on this and say that a few years ago I lost about 50 pounds using CAD which in essence allowed me to "cheat" every day during my one-hour (I also discoverd that I could actually take about an hour and a half, different bodies you know)!
