full fat milk has more carbs than heavy cream. Plus it takes more milk to get the creamy texture and flavor that just a little cream provides.

It's like everything else on the LC plans...It's what works for you and your lifestyle. If you are drinking milk, and you are content with the rate of weight loss, then continue to do what works for you. If your weight loss starts to slow, or you are no longer content with the rate you are losing, then you may have to make some adjustments.
You are doing the right thing in coming here and asking for suggestions. It means you are aware of what you are putting into your body and open to suggestions for making changes if they become necessary. Stay with it and us!
