Has been kind of up and down since we started. I was 212 when we started, made it down to 205 , bounced to 208, then back to 212, slid to 208 again and down to 207.5 this morning!
I still intend to be below 200 by Canada Day, July 1.

I will post my total down after weigh in friday, but want to add that I will walk at least 3-4 times per week and do the stairs at work each time I work ( 7 flights) at least twice per shift. I have definatly lost!
