What is happening with our July Challenge?
 

Can't find the thread for our July challenge...Canada Day here...any updates? Liz

Good question. Where is everyone? I'm down 1 pound! :D

How are the rest of you doing?

Here are our original goals! (we seem to be missing a few chicks.)

jdoneil1 (Jo): 30 Pounds

nasus40 (Sue): 25-30 Pounds

Peach Pit: 15-25 Pounds

Ruthxxx: Weigh less than 200 pounds

Harleylady (Karen): 30-40 Pounds

Belle128 (Gina Belle): Weigh in the 170s; walk 2-3 miles per day; fit in a size 14 jeans

Janet8 (Janet): 180

Liz321 (Liz): 30 Pounds

Leens: Joined group but did not list challenge.

My Update
 

Has been kind of up and down since we started. I was 212 when we started, made it down to 205 , bounced to 208, then back to 212, slid to 208 again and down to 207.5 this morning!

I still intend to be below 200 by Canada Day, July 1.

Wow it is all good news for now!

Ruth you are going to be in the onederland for sure!

jodneil you are getting closer too!

I will post my total down after weigh in friday, but want to add that I will walk at least 3-4 times per week and do the stairs at work each time I work ( 7 flights) at least twice per shift. I have definatly lost!

Down 2.2 lbs today for a total of 4 down in 3 weeks...I don't think I will be down 30 by July:( Liz
