Arrow STOP !!!

DCH98 - Don't wig....CHILL ! And put that oreo down!

YOU are more important that any butt head that tries to ruin your day cause they're having an attitude day! Don't let THEM take away from who you are and working towards improving your health and personal goals!

I'm speaking from experience as in the past 12 months I've let stress put ALL the weight back on this chubby Tx girl with a big huge Texas size boot that reaches across states! Need me to aim in your direction?

Reach for some LC food to eat if you do need to stress eat right now and grab your water jug! If you belong to a gym....head that way NOW!

<Hugs>

I KNEW it would be you coming to pick me up.....
I gave the other Oreos (vending machine pack; I ate 2 ) to a coworker.....
phew.

I have a joke for you that I think you will likeThree men are sittin' on a bench. One's a Texan wearing a Stetson,
> one's a Muslim
> wearing a turban, and the last is an Apache with an eagle feather
> woven in his hair.
> The Indian is rather glum and says "once my people were many, but now
> we are few."
> The Muslim puffs up and says "once my people were few, but now we are
> many millions."
> The Texan adjusts his hat, finishes rolling a smoke, leans back in
his
> place and drawls,
> "that's 'cause we ain't played cowboys and Muslims yet."

Talking

ROFLMAO!!!!!! We Texans know how to play the game!

Good for you putting that oreo down! Now, not toooo much damage caused! How's the blood pressure? What did the butt head do to tick you off? Do you belong to a gym? Imagine his face on a punching bag! And then a nice relaxing sauna!

You did good girl!

J

PS ~~ Now how in the world did you know it would be me?

WTG dietcokehead!

Something that my ww leader told me a while ago really stuck in my head. She said that she gained weight from stress eating. So after a year or so she still had the same stresses but now she had put on 80 pounds. I'm still working this angle, but it made alot of sense to me. If you are eating because you are stressed, it doesn't make the stress go away. (AM I EVEN MAKING SENSE HERE?????

ok, I'll be quiet now BUT! You did great dietcokehead!
