CAD = carbohydrate addicts diet. i'm not on it, but many ladies on this board are. so, i can give you only a brief background, but i'm sure someone wiser and more experienced will show up soon and tell you more than you ever wanted to know!!!!
basically, you eat very few carbs for two meals, so you focus on protein and vegs.
the third meal is a reward meal, and you can eat anything you want, as long as you follow certain rules. and these rules are that the carb portion CANNOT be bigger than your protein portion. and you must eat everything within an hour.
and then you stop.
the wise women will be able to tell you more, like how they handle this, and what they've done to tailor the plan for their own lives, but maybe this can give you something to think about.
