I don't know if anyone here is familiar with fitday... it's a great site to keep track of protein, calories, carbs, fiber... go to
fitday.com , register and start keeping track. I find this a valuable tool to keep track of my daily totals. There's also a place to keep a daily journal, weight and fitness goals. This is especially helpful if you don't have a good carb counter book. I have Corrine Netzer's "Complete Book Of Food Counts" and can't rave enough about it. Information is all good and something that we all need in order to make any low carb plan work work the best for us.
