wow its 10:30 and Im just now eating some breakfast.
here is my plan for today.
2 cups decaff coffee with splenda and cream
B - 2 egg scrambled with bacon pieces and cheese
L - asparagus (I wasn't hungry so thats all I ate)
and 30 minute walk
S - fat free lime jello
D - grilled chicken with salad
1 caff free diet coke
at least 64 oz of water
ok.....im not craving chocolate but I sure could use some fruit!

but i'll wait!
i can't believe how "not hungry" i am! just hope i don't get bored!

i'm ok except breakfast is a little of challenge for me -I am not crazy about eggs so I gotta come up with some better ideas for that.
