wow its 10:30 and Im just now eating some breakfast.

here is my plan for today.

2 cups decaff coffee with splenda and cream
B - 2 egg scrambled with bacon pieces and cheese
L - asparagus (I wasn't hungry so thats all I ate)
and 30 minute walk
S - fat free lime jello
D - grilled chicken with salad
1 caff free diet coke
at least 64 oz of water

ok.....im not craving chocolate but I sure could use some fruit! but i'll wait!

i can't believe how "not hungry" i am! just hope i don't get bored! i'm ok except breakfast is a little of challenge for me -I am not crazy about eggs so I gotta come up with some better ideas for that.

HEY JENNIFER - what is a mayo rollup??? sounds good!

Semo - What plan are you following?

Cathy - A roll up is a slice of Swiss cheese with a slice of deli roast beef and mayo on top. Fold in half and you have a "sandwich". You can also wrap it in lettuce. Breakfast can be anytjing that's legal; doesn't have to be typical breakfast foods. As a matter of fact I had a couple of my cheese & roast sandwiches for bk this morning!

Angry

today i woke up hungry...but i managed to do well by starting the day with a small boiled egg and an even smaller gala apple. had a cup of coffee, then for lunch a half of a whole wheat torrilla with 2 cups of steamed broccoli drizzled with olive oil, and a half a cup of plain yogurt. i drank tons of h20 but snuck in a cookie...oops. it was part of a small chocolate chip cookie DH left on the counter in a container...afternoon snack was a quarter cup of chic nuts...my fitday counter says i have eaten less than 1100 calories, but the breakdown was...( it includes the other half of the tortilla but not the saled.)

source grams cals %total
Total: 1096
Fat: 46 415 40%
Sat: 13 120 12%
Poly: 8 69 7%
Mono: 21 190 18%
Carbs: 137 441 42%
Fiber: 27 0 0%
Protein: 47 188 18%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

For dinner i am to have a saled or something and the other half of the tortilla. I think i need to up the protien, its just that here on Margarita the meat is scary....anybody have ideas for low carb fish dishes? i once made it breaded with nuts that i had ground down...by the way, those wraps sound fabulous. i eat complex carbs, so i do a lot of tortillas with wheat, but the lettuce thing sounds yummy!

Try for faux Pizza.

brown ground beef and sausage. drain pack in bottom of pan cover with sause and cheese add peperoni and any topping that you like then bake and YUMM

how about using it in a sause and making faux lazagna using cabage leaves instead of noodles.

Been kinda quiet on the menu front because I've been too busy bingeing. I seem to have it back in hand though, yesterday was an excellent OP day.

B: 1/2 bagel and 1 cup cappucino
L: chicken breast and mixed vegetables
D: salmon steak and broccoli

WATER all day long!
