Thanks for starting this up Dottie, I have to say that today's meal plan will pretty much consist of what I find in the fridge.

B: sausage patties and eggs
L: pork roast, possibly salad
D: ??

I'll have to flesh it out a bit later when I find everything!

Default This help me stay on track

Breakfast~~ Bacon rolled up in a few lettuce leaves with some mayo. Odd I know but it's my version of a BLT

Lunch~~ Hot Wings. I've been craving these. Cant wait YUMMY!!

Dinner~~ Steak on the grill. If it's too cold I'll use the George grill. I'll have some fried cabbage with this. Another one of my favs....

2 eggs scrambled, one sausage, one piece of toast..NO home fries and I did not eat the other piece of toast or the other sausage..so it is a tie right?

l...none but either a piece of fruit or a slimfast later.

d...chicken and salad w/ 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing and if I am very very lucky...NO CHEESE

s...s.f. jello which I have to hide from the little guy because he likes to play with it

Default Thursday, full of remorse and feeling sluggish

Decided to give DH the last of the chili for dinner(he comes home late on Wed nites) and I had some pasta- WHAT WAS I THINKING! I though, oh what difference will it make, it'll be easy, it'll be fast. WRONG! Not worth it for how tired I feel today- so protein all day!

b- eggs with mushrooms and cheese
l-cheeseburger soup
d- lamb chops and spinach with feta cheese
s- peanuts
