Hello Everyone!
I haven't got to log in in the last few days (compouter trouble!) But here I am! I have had some successes and some failures over the past few days. My biggest failure isI have not been able to stick with my diet...I start out really good, and then blow it at night. So to try to combat this problem I am going to begin eating my reward meals at night ONLY.. I had been eating them at lunch or Dinner, whatever suited my fancy, but I am cheating at night, and that must stop...so I am making the switch.
Successes....Thursday night I walked in the dark for 1.5 miles. Our hospital has a fitness trail, and I walked there for 6 laps...which I am estimating at 1.5 miles. It may have been more.
Friday I did 20 minutes of Pilates/ Yoga.
Saturday I did 20 minutes of kickboxing and 8 minutes of ab work...and boy was I sore.
Sunday I took off, Monday too. Last night I had planned to go walk, but that didn't work out as planned....However tonight I will get to moving!
AND TODAY I VOW TO STICK WITH MY DIET!
