Hello Everyone!

I haven't got to log in in the last few days (compouter trouble!) But here I am! I have had some successes and some failures over the past few days. My biggest failure isI have not been able to stick with my diet...I start out really good, and then blow it at night. So to try to combat this problem I am going to begin eating my reward meals at night ONLY.. I had been eating them at lunch or Dinner, whatever suited my fancy, but I am cheating at night, and that must stop...so I am making the switch.

Successes....Thursday night I walked in the dark for 1.5 miles. Our hospital has a fitness trail, and I walked there for 6 laps...which I am estimating at 1.5 miles. It may have been more.

Friday I did 20 minutes of Pilates/ Yoga.

Saturday I did 20 minutes of kickboxing and 8 minutes of ab work...and boy was I sore.

Sunday I took off, Monday too. Last night I had planned to go walk, but that didn't work out as planned....However tonight I will get to moving!

AND TODAY I VOW TO STICK WITH MY DIET!

Stop in tomorrow to see how I did!

Talking WOW!!

I think it sounds like your doing a great job. I've never been able to keep up my end of the exercise bargain. I always seem to lose interest. I've been tossing around the idea of joining a gym. I wont do it right now because I dont want to let anyone see me exercising. I wont even exercise in front of my DH!!! I'd love to find a gym that in order to have a membership you had to weigh more then 200#'s . I bet alot of people would join. Then when you would qualify to be a spandex cutie they would boot you to the other side!!

Hey Chrissy thanks for the reply. I too have been contemplating joining a gym. My company gives us $200 a year to join a gym or buy home workout equipment...I can not decide what would be best...the gym ( where I am at 2 nights a week anyway because my son takes Karate) or the home equipment that I could use whenever I wanted?

My fiance and I are getting ready to buy a house and move in together, and he comes with a weight bench! So That's one thing I have always wanted and never got around to getting.

I don't know...what do you guys think?

I like the 200 pound gym idea!
