Talking Fluffy Butt Menus!

I know...I should be ashamed!

Anyone interested in posting menus for this week? I know that I do much better if I list what I am eating. Everyone seems to have alot going on in their lives and maybe this will help us focus! Lately when I get home from the hospital in the evening I am eating everything in
sight! I should know better

So here goes...my plan...low carbish, keeping an eye on portion control.

B...coffee (I should know better, but I got a late start to the day.

L Salad with some sort of Protein...I'll be more specific after I go to the store!

D...steak or chicken and broccoli!

please play!!!!
