Quick question. I am considering doing a low-carb way of eating. I have been reading the Atkins New Diet Revolution (I am still very skeptical.. but I am open minded). In the book it talks about birth control pills causing a problem when you try to lose weight.
Has anyone been on the pill and done low-carb and still seen the amazing results the book claims? Or will this not work for me since I am on the pill?
Going off the pill is not an option.. and I would prefer to not change to another brand. I gained a bit of weight when I went on the pill.. but I am pretty sure not ALL of the weight I gained is from it.. I was a bit heavy before.
