Baylee, I had one of those. It was called a Cardio-Trainer and I used it for a while but found it was too hard on my arthritic knees and back so I sold it. Now I have (on trial) an Aero-Glider which gives you a cross country skiing action. I've only just started using it and have discovered that DH needs to tighten the bolts for me as the whole contraption is pretty wobbly. I hope to build up to about an hour on this thing but so far I've only gotten up to 10 minutes.
I am back to my water workouts three times a week though. Sometimes we seem to yack more than exercise but we do try to keep arms and legs in motion while we natter. Hopefully this counts for something. At least it gets me moving which is better than sitting around noshing.
