Hello Everyone! I am back on low carb after "falling Off" for about a month and a half. My life is a mess, and my diet just flew out the window. My stress level got way too high, and I began shoving everything in my mouth to compensate!

Now I weigh in at a ugly, fat, flabby 200 pounds...I was down to 185.

I am so depressed over my weight, so with the new year comes new changes...I am back on CAD, and this time I hope to stick with it. I am on day 2 and doing great so far. I also plan on working out some whenever I can squeeze it in. I am working 2 jobs right now, and I have 3 kids...so exercising is at the bottom of my list now a days. I definitely need some motivation and advice from anyone who would like to give it. I will try to post daily to let those of you who are interested know how I am coping.
