OK Chicks!
I've read all the posts, seen the damage you've all done to yourselves (me included!!) and it's time to take charge of our lives again!!!
Today we will have courage to begin our respective programs anew--toss those goodies lying around, you know the ones, the ones that will never get eaten except by YOU! Take a good hard look at your cupboards and refrigerators--are there any carb laden entrees or leftovers in there? get rid of them! That's right--in the garbage they go!!! Have any goodie stashes anywhere?? You know the ones, near the computer, in the end table by the couch in front of the TV, in your desk--ferret them all out and get rid of them!!!!
Now that you have cleaned out the carbs, time to clean out our bodies--WATER!!!! Go right now, fill a big tall glass of water and drink it! That's right N-O-W!! Get up from the computer, go to the sink, water cooler, get a bottle and go get the water now!!! Designate a special water drinking glass and keep it with you all day. Do this every hour until you're literally swimming (or at least you feel like it!)
Now, time to eat our PROTEIN!!!!! Clean out your system, protein of any sort (and I'm not talking the sausage rolls left over from Christmas Day!)

Eat some cheese and eat some Low carb veggies--ONLY THOSE THINGS!!!
Time for some EXERCISE!! feeling tired lately? carbs got you down? Just want a nap?? No wonder! No exercise will do that to you! Walk, run, do videos, heck even bench press 2 cans of apple juice--S-O-M-E-T-H-I-N-G to get you moving!
This is YOUR life and live it on your terms! Think of how you want to live--healthy, strong, in control and weight free! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
Here's how we're going to do this - The Kick Your Butt Back OP Program-starting today we are going to be 100% on board. Record your plan, your weight, your future goal, the goal for the week and your exercise. I also want to record how much water you drink for without it you will never lose the weight!!!

Water today: 3 bottles of 500ml each
