I belive Linds is doing the low carb Ww thing i may be wrong or i may be jsut trying to get her on that plan

but the main thing is to follow the ww plan and keep the ecc carbs about to 50-70 i believe the number is. and when chosing carb type of foods use lowglycemic foods there are a few websites that you can look into for low glycemic info. i will try to find it for you.
