Modified Atkins??
Greetings!
I'm new to this thread and I just had a quick question.
I've tried Atkins before and now I'm trying it again. I did feel really good on the plan, but after a while I had a hard time following it to the letter.
Have or are any of you doing a modified version of it? Or some other low-carb plan?
