DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGG GGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went crazy last night and had caramel popcorn with nuts in it.. Found out my son is going to Kosvo (he's in the army) and hasn't told me yet. Today I'll jump back on track but sure hate I did that...... Didn't help me a bit.... Lots to do today.... Can't believe its already Tues..... work work work.... Everyone have a great day.....
I'm getting company today...my grandson is coming over and my granddaughter will get off the bus here for a little while. DD has some errands to run.
One of my cats who lives across the road now brought over her kittens. One is them is white with pale tan and very long hair that sticks up in all different direction. The poor thing looks like a mattress factory explosion! Its mother, Spitter, is a rather strange cat. Her name is Spitter cause she'd spit when we picked her up when she was a kitten. She hunters with a mania and tries to mother and feed every kitten on both farms. She definitely needs Zoloft.
Oh BTW, yes Leenie, I know I am an ***...ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!
The meds are kicking in and I'm getting sleepy so I'd best get moving or I'll be asleep again. God bless!
Busy here! I thought I'd be getting out of any T-Day preps, since we are going out to eat -- but, NNNOOOOOOOOOOO....need to bake a pumpkin pie (my favorite) for DD preschool! At least it's for a good reason!
Toni, I am sorry to hear about your son having to go to Kosovo. I will say a prayer for him!
Tippy, you crack me up!!! That momma cat sound hilarious!
I don't know if I'll get on before the holiday, and if not, HAVE A GREAT THANKSGIVING!!!

P.S. I think I'm over the crud and I hope everyone else is feeling better too. I passed mine on to my mom!
The only day off I have this week is Thursday, so I'm busy, busy, busy at the office.
Scooby2 - Soon you'll look like a different person for the opposite reason!
Toni - I'll keep your son in my prayers. My brother is in the Louisiana National Guard & going to Turkey at the end of the month.
Tippy - Your cat sounds hilarious! Bet the babies are adorable.
Jenni - Glad you're feeling better.
Thursday DH & I will be clowns in the Houston Thanksgiving Day parade. We're carrying a 7 foot helium Washington Mutual Banl balloon. It's televised locally, so all you Houston chicks watch!
Back from lala land! Good thing I love my sister or I would really hate her! She has gorgeous clothes, a decent figure, a super and rich husband and a fabulous condo apartment beautifully decorated in excellent taste in downtown Kingston! It's a good thing she is nice too or I would disown her! I sure helps to have good taste and money, I guess. It would be awful to have lousy taste and money! Just imagine!
Anyhow, we did have a nice visit and a lovely dinner followed by a trip to the market this morning. Now I am ready for a nap - Harry and I had trouble sleeping as the condo is right downtown and the darn City Hall clock is a bonger!
Back to reality after my afternoon nap!
(Harry got sucked into the lifestyle of the rich - we did a shop and he bought two rib eye steaks for dnner and a rack of lamb! Maybe now is a good time to hint for my Christmas gift?)
You Chicks are all so funny.
Ruth, glad you had a nice break seeing how the other half (the thin/rich half) lives. Bet you're just as happy in your little country village with all your lovely neighbours and church doin's. Who needs a big clock bonging all the time anyhow? Bad enough I have 20 trains a day blasting us to kingdom come with their whistles.
Tippy, love your story about Spitter. That sounds like a cat with attitude.
I don't have much new to talk about except that my DH came home from Germany with tons of lovely, luscious chocolates and other gifts from his family. I went berserk on the chocolates and then went crazy on some peanut brittle I'd made for a craft sale but got slightly burned. I think I ate a pound of peanut brittle in two days. I sure have to do a cleansing regime for a few days. Sheesh, why do we do these horrible things to ourselves.
Toni, it's too bad about your son having to go to Kosovo but I think it's a little better than an Afghanistan assignment, don't you? Anyhow, we will keep him in our prayers.
Not much else going on here. Rain, rain, rain and that's about it.
Bye for now.
What good is a birthday with no CAKE?????????????? Boooooo! Other than that, it was same old, same old today. I put my foot down about the cake, and we did the celebrating this past Saturday, so it's just Tuesday for me.
