Exclamation Hi, read this
I have been absent for a long long time, perhaps a year maybe more, but I have just re-registered, had to use a new username because I have a new internet access and email address and the old me was not working.
I was thrilled to see you RuthXXX and ThatGirl are still around. I was Virginia Lady. and Linda is my real name. Anyone else still around? Remember me?
Anyway. last week I abandoned calorie count and resumed low carb.!! I have lost 5 pounds and am excited to get back the tremendous support I had here in 99 and 00. !! Yippeee

I am into the renewed low carb eating. I have a trip coming up December 1-9th in Puerto Vallarta, Mex.

Glad to see you back again.
I'm no longer strictly low carb but try to keep my WW program on the lower carb side.
Except for today which has been a day of mini binges but I won't go into detail. Y UCK.
