Angry UPDATE-Great News!

DOG UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have great news, I searched the shelter Sunday and Monday, I placed flyers all around town and ran an ad in the paper. Yesterday morning a kind man called us he had picked them up my darling doggies and had been keeping them since Saturday, hoping someone would run an ad so he would not have to take them to the shelter!!!!

He even brought them home yesterday, my little male was slightly worse for wear, he apparently go it an altercation with a larger dog and had several puncture wounds and a cracked rib. He spent the afternoon at the vet and came home last night, quite a costly endeavor I might add!!

However I do not care the little darlings are at home!! Thanks to the kindness of a stranger, he would not even take any money.

THanks to all of you for you prayers and kind wishes.

Oh Rachel - I am soooo glad for you. I was hoping something like that had happened. And of course he would not take a reward - he already has his by being a true person.

Oh that is wonderful news! You must be breathing a HUGE sigh of relief. What an angel that man was, he obviously knew that someone else loved those pups. Glad to hear that all is well once again!

Isn't it nice to know that there are people in the world like that wonderful man who cared for the dogs. I worried about them so much! I wondered if they were frightened or hungry or hurt!
All too often we forget that that our world contains good, kind people who truly do care...like that man who opened his home to two stray doggies and who just wanted them returned to their owners. Bless him!

What a relief for you! How marvelous! Now you really should consider that homing device for their collars. LOL Is there really such a thing?

I don't know you, but read your posts last week and logged in today, hoping to read you got your babies back. I am so happy for you and your precious doggies. I have doggies in my house - 3 rat terriers and 1 norfolk terrier and although my yard is fenced, I had to dog-proof it so they couldn't dig under. I know if they get out I will never ever be able to catch them. Anyway, this is wonderful news and I know your Thanksgiving will indeed be a happy and thankful one!
