Glad you liked it Cathy!

I know that different people have different things that will make them click into op gear and this did it for me I have not felt so empowered to stay op now that I have read this. I have not had a string of op days for a very long time (hear that Pooky and Jennnifer? ) hope this makes someone elses boat float!

Thanks Peach thats a really good article and sure makes one think. I've heard that willpower is a learned skill and not a gift. That we learn it by each time we have the strength to pass something by we really want..... And that gal has GOT IT. !!!!!!

I know one thing this is sure an uphill fight.....And man that mountain is really looking high tonight!!!

I'd like to know one thing, how you eat a good meal ( I'm on CAD) so my stomach is full but my brain isn't....... Does that make sense?

Teach me to read a good inspireing article and my head comes unglued......
