Dh went to price club today! I has asked him to get some broccoli thinking that he was just going to the grocery store !

So now I have got a ton of broccoli!!!!!

try to cook the broccoli and mix with a little olive oil and garlic. amd pepper. that is good. freeze it also parbopil it and stuff it in baggies.

Yummy! Broccolli! I don't think we could ever have TOO much! BUT !!! I don't know how many tons your DH bought! lol

I agree with Susan...start off with par boiling it and putting it in freezer bags.
