Default HELP! Should I get Light Grey or Cream Pants for work?

my friend said "go for the cream/light beige color because it's similar to human skin and can fit any color"
But the light grey colored pants are also nice and neutral with tops.
i'm in a dilemma. which one should i get for work?
i work in an office with cubicles & formal meetings
the nice thing about the cream/light beige colored pants is that i can also wear it for casual time or holidays
ideas & suggestions please
or should i get both? LOL

I would go with the light grey myself. Personal preference though.

I'd say grey too but only because beige can be a very bad fashion fail.

As seen on Pinterest (sorry I couldn't insert the pic for some reason):

I always like gray over beige, but I'd probably get both.

I am a big fan of grey personally, but beige has its place, too. If you have a lot of neutral/earth tones already, beige may better fit your wardrobe. I think it really depends on what you already have if you're trying to make the most of your current wardrobe.

I'd go with the light grey! Light grey is also a neutral color and can fit well with anything (:
I'm not too fond of skin color pants, usually, because they can look a bit weird if the tone is too similar to yours. Up to you, though!

I'd go with the light grey, just because beige looks bad on me and makes me look bigger than I am lol.

Add me to the grey-over-beige camp. The similarity of beige to Caucasian skin colour is a good reason NOT to wear beige, IMO. It can make people look naked.
