Default NSV: The Shrinking Girls!

One of my biggest frustrations as I've lost weight is a total lack of change in my boobage. I mean, how is it possible to lose 50 pounds and still wear the same bra?

BUT.....yesterday I realized that my bra was definitely fitting wrong. I measured today and I've lost 3 inches there since I last measured at the beginning of the month. 3 inches! Yay!

I have a couple bras that I bought on clearance for $2 each, thinking they might fit someday. I gave up on them awhile ago and tossed them in the pile of stuff to donate to the thrift shop. I dug them out today and they fit. Not perfectly, but they'll do until I can get something else.

Byebye to the girls....and may the shrinkage continue.

(And apologies to the less endowed who will not understand nor appreciate my jubilation. )

Lucky you!

I lost 40 lbs and went from a 40DDD to a 36DDD. Yup. My back shrunk, but my girls are still as big as ever. I cannot say I love it. I wish they'd shrink too.

Thanks everyone! I've always said these things should be an optional attachment when you have children.

And, by the by, if your band size is getting smaller, even if the cup size stays the same, your breasts are getting smaller. Cup size is measured as the number of inches larger than band size. For example, D is 4 inches larger than band size. So, with a 34 inch band, a D cup is 38 inches, whereas with a 40 inch band, a D cup would be 44 inches. If you go from a 40D to 34D you've actually lost 6 inches from your breasts because the cup size got smaller in proportion to the band size.

^This is what happened to me. So far. I'm waiting to drop a cup beyond that, but not yet. Sigh....oh well, there are worse problems to have.
