Default Tracksuit pants (tracky daks) .... stay or go

Because of my weight, I haven't wanted to shop for clothes. Nor is there much out for someone my size. I've been wearing the same two pairs of black tracksuit pants for the last 2 years. I hate them! But now they are getting a bit baggy.

Should I throw them out, burn them or keep them, in case I need them again?

Ditch them! Buy yourself some new, well fitting trackies that you actually feel OK in. Trust me you'll feel like a new person

Don't throw them out, donate them. Women's shelters will gladly take them.

Was just giving a suggestion, no need to be rude about it. Also, the reason I said about women's shelters, is they are not sold there, they are given to women who leave abusive relationships often with only the clothes on their back.

Never thought of donating them, good idea CandianCutie

In any case, you'll feel so much better in well fitting trackies (and we all need trackies in my opinion LOL), I recently upgraded mine and felt really good buying smaller sized but still ultra comfy pants I love Bonds trackies, not too over priced but sit well on my hips/tummy.

I reckon I will keep them for painting around the house.
Don't know if women's shelters take clothes, here. But I know the Salvos would pitch them out.

I'd toss one pair and keep one, for the "after" picture - you know, you in the big pants, holding the waistband out far in front of you, proudly displaying your weight loss.

I got rid of all of my fat clothes and they got too big, except for one pair of shorts from my biggest for the after-shot. Decent things (of which I had a lot) I donated or consigned, worn out stuff I tossed.

Gotta agree with Betty! I kept my biggest pair of pants for an after-shot as well. It's motivating to put them on now and then as a reminder of how far I've come. Put them far far away so you aren't tempted to fit back into them :P

But it's definitely time to get yourself something better fitted.

I have an entire tracksuit that I bought over 10 years ago and that track jacket is my FAVORITE item in my closet. My boyfriend absolutely hates this jacket and will bring up how I need a new one every time I put it on (at least once a day).

Don't be like me...get rid of it
