My skin is very sensitive and I have mild rosacea. What works for me is using only Cetaphil soap and gently exfoliating with a washcloth - no scrubby bits or chemical exfoliaters. At night I use a gel called Prosacea (which works for all types of acne, not just rosacea). Target carries it, I think they have it near the wart removers now, on the top shelf. I use Boscia products for moisturizer and foundation (bb cream). And finally - never ever go to bed without washing your face!
